PENGARUH PEMBERIAN AMLODIPIN PADA POLA BIODISTRIBUSI 99mTc-MIBI SEBAGAI SEDIAAN SIDIK PERFUSI JANTUNG (UJI NON KLINIS PADA HEWAN PERCOBAAN)

Abstrak

Telah dilakukan kajian interaksi amlodipin dengan radiofarmaka Teknesium-99m Methoxy Isobutyl Isonitrile (99mTc-MIBI) sebagai sediaan sidik perfusi jantung. Percobaan dilakukan pada mencit putih yang mengonsumsi amlodipin 1 jam dan selama 1 minggu sebelum penyuntikan 99mTc-MIBI. Interaksi obat diamati melalui pola biodistribusi 15 menit dan 1 jam setelah penyuntikan 99mTc-MIBI, dan dibandingkan dengan hewan kontrol yang tidak mengonsumsi amlodipin. Hasil pengamatan dan pengolahan data ANAVA tidak menunjukkan adanya perbedaan signifikan pada pola biodistribusi antara hewan uji dan kontrol. Disimpulkan bahwa pemberian amlodipin tidak memberikan pengaruh yang berarti terhadap pencitraan sidik perfusi jantung yang menggunakan radiofarmaka 99mTc-MIBI.

Abstract

Amlodipine interaction studies have been performed with the radiopharmaceutical technetium- 99m methoxy isobutyl isonitrile (99mTc-MIBI) as cardiac perfusion agent. The experiments were performed on white mice that consumed amlodipine 1 hour and during 1 week before the injection of 99mTc-MIBI. Drug interactions were observed through a pattern of biodistribution 15 minutes and 1 hour after injection of 99mTc-MIBI, and compared with control animals that did not take amlodipine. Observations and ANAVA data processing showed no significant difference between the biodistribution pattern of test and control animals. It was concluded that administration of amlodipine did not provide a meaningful influence on the result of cardiac perfusion imaging using 99mTc-MIBI radiopharmaceutical.
